Q: Is there a tutorial on how to import adobe lightroom presets in desktop and mobile?

Q: With which software I will be able to use these presets?
A: These presets are made for adobe lightroom cc and mobile only

Q: Why do my photos does not as shown in examples?

Every photo is different and a preset doesn’t give same effect with every photo it is used

As a good starting point from there you probably have to refine them as per your preference.

Q: Which Lightroom version do these presets work on?
A: The presets will work on Lightroom Classic CC as XMP file type and DNG files for Adobe Lightroom Mobile.
